Lawsuit outlines alleged encounters

The complaint, filed by Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza (known online as Alorah Ziva), alleges that in 2025 Peters paid her $1,000 to film videos and then invited her to his parents' home in Cape Cod. Mendoza claims excessive alcohol was served, that she became visibly intoxicated after multiple vodka drinks and that sex occurred without her consent, both that night and the following morning. She says she was underage at the time.
